Recently I have been let go from my long term job of two years. My boss let me go over text messages without any reason. When I asked to speak to him in person he still would not give me any reasons and was very hesitant to tell me why he was terminating my job. My boss came up with any excuse to make it seem like I was in the wrong. He said it was my responsibility to fix a machine that broke even though I do not know how to and tried to blame me for the lack of communication between the managers even though I showed him proof of me keeping them accountable and making sure we were constantly communicating. He then continued to offer me other jobs or speak to managers around me to help me find a new job but I could not keep my job.
